Red Line & Etihad RailWhy It Matters
The Gold Line is planned to open a new underground corridor across central and southern Dubai. Three things worth checking on the map as the route is confirmed.
Running entirely below ground, the line is planned to serve dense and emerging districts across central and southern Dubai that sit away from the current elevated network.
Business Bay and Jumeirah Golf Estates are set to gain a second corridor, and districts around them would sit on two rail lines at once, supporting access and resale liquidity.
Planned Etihad Rail interchanges at Meydan and Jumeirah Golf Estates would tie Gold Line districts into inter-emirate travel, a long-term draw for both residents and investors.
